具体要求如下：
Major Job Qualifications:
1.Good writen in English is required, good spoken in English and CET 6 certified is preferred.
2.Minimum 2 years working experience is required, with Design or QE expericen is preferred.
3.Can endure high pressure work/task,hard work and high frequecy of business trip is required.
4.One open,confident,patient and responsible people is required.
5.Good self-management is required, such as time management, temper management, discipline management.
6.Good communication with others people is required, good skill of negotiation is prefered.
7.Better logic concept is required. Good organization skill and leadership skill is preferred.
8.Bachelor degree in Engineering, technical, Environment or science.
9.Adapt to and be flexible for business traveling.
Major Job Responsibilities:
1.Support category to develop new suppliers for new technology.
2.Follow up and verify the Cause Analysis and Countermeasures for the implementation of customer complaints.
3.Lead improvement for all top problem suppliers who located in Eastern China.
4.Lead or support global AQEs team for program review and flawless launch for new projects to meet customer expectation.
5.Lead daily problem solving for non-hot issues and coach supplier to understand better process control. Meanwhile, pushing supplier enhance the manufacture capability.
6.Lead teaching supplier about QC methods for problem solving & performance management, such as fishbone, fault tree, 5-why, FTQ management, RPFEMA. Error, Defect, Erro detection, Defect detection, Error prevention, Detects prevention.
7.Lead and train suppliers on how to pass customer audit successfully.
