- Ensure that the description, classification, quantity, and origin of imported agricultural products are correctly declared, packaged and labeled)
- Clarify to Importer/ Inspector/ KSO Overseas Branch (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Shenzhen, South Korea and Hongkong) if found any discrepancies between Physical Inspector Result (PIR) and Final Documents
