Well, I apologize for the misspelling or Chinglish may caused below, But now I just wanna  share my experience. Cuz Now I am funking upset like a bastard.

I joined this company From Dec 2009, till now it has been almost 4 month. In this company I manage the alibaba platform and 广告. While, geting many inquiries, the customers never made a order to me.

This morning we had a meeting, they begin to blame me one by one. It's really my fault. Or because i take a wrong job.

who ganna tell me?

I just have the same trouble with you.
I have been in this company for more than two month with no offer now.
Our department will hold meeting every week, the manager just blame us day by day.
I know i have try my best.
Although we put the No.1 ad at alibaba, the enquiries is few.
Maybe I am just incapable of this job.

you should find the reason why the customers never place a order to you ? price or your product unattractive ?

Well, it is the most common thing for business new-hands.

The first you should, I think, is that you must think back and look into your job, what you have done, what you have not; what you have learned and what you lack of? Then see it over about your company: enterprise culture and your products. The third is to see yourself, do you have any courage to pioneer for this position, because you may come across great pressure.

Come on, friend. Just to be yourself, take out your effort and step on.
