今年这种用工紧缺情况，相信很多供应商都遇到，我们已尽最大努力…无论如何，不能按期交货--我们为此深感对不起！！
另外，烦请帮落实有关LC上被扣的罚金，请帮忙向客人追回所有不合理的罚金，总共出货数量才2000双，却被扣走2000美金。我们等于白忙甚至还要赔钱。这些罚金将从我们的工资里扣… 再次请帮忙此事的落实….谢谢！

We can not afford such expensive air freight.
Hope you kindly understand and accept sea transportation.
I believe that many suppliers encounter labor shortages, but we have tried our best...Anyway, really sorry for the late delivery.

Besides, could you possibly help us retrieve the unjustified fine concerning L/C? We delivered only 2000 pairs, but get a fine of $2000. Our efforts is in vein, even lose money. And the fine is directly deducted from our salary...

The lack of labor is a big trouble for many suppliers this year.We are very sorry for the late delivery although we have tried our best to fulfil the production target.

We are still waiting for your kind reply. Regarding the air freight of this shipment, it's a little bit expensive in our side and we don't have such practise unless the freight is for your account. There is another way, as you know, ocean shipping is more often used by us. We have our designated partner and it's also very convenient and more cheap. We hope you can accept the ocean shipping. Thank you for understanding.

Please kindly check the LC fine and stick out for all the unreasonable parts.We totally sent 2000 pairs but were deducted $2000,which means we have been busy for nothing and even lose money.
