普惠制原产地证, for 1st air shipment (是指关于空运货物的FORM A?这个不清楚),请向我方发出有官方权力的信件表明你方会重开新的foma a ,并告知何时寄给我们。(official letter 官方效力的信件,该组织要对该信件上的内容负责,这种信件都会有某负责人的签名或印章)

经过确认,信投错了。这已经是我第二次碰到投错信的客人了。第一次,就是莫名其妙接到客人的订单(价都没报过的),这些客人也太会忽悠人了。
这客人是一个新客人,从没和我们做过单,我们上个星期的确接见过,也问过我们货物出口的一些问题。其中就有什么短缺,交期问题呀。
所以一看到这封email,真的是云里雾里,被她弄糊涂了。
哎! 别再折腾人了,,,
