Hello,Thanks for your mail about the payment and concerning the mail you receive by my bank about the transfer..... was due to what i experience before with Australia and Jamaica client which they dupe me with the sum of 135,000.00 Dollars last year with the company (Blair inc and jean saw ltd) so that make me sign an agreement with my bank to always be in charge of my international transfer which they have to make sure the seller ship the goods to my client safely so i don't want you to be afraid, your money will get to your account once my bank have been clear about the shipment cause the money have been remove from my account already so i want you to go on with the transaction and obey what my bank told you to do for the safety of your company and mine.

还有就是我想问一下这封信的意思是不是要我们先把或发给他然后他再把货款打给我们是不是这个意思呀？

这里老外就说，付款方面他的银行会全权代理，但没有细说。
实际上，这里老外说自己被骗了一次，所以现在由他的银行来把关。但是你这里的这句话的意思一般就是我理解的那样，当银行确认货上船后就给你钱，而不是等对方清关后再给你。
但现在的问题就是，到底这个钱在什么时候给，没有个明确的说法。
所以，我想，你还是和客户明确下，是见提单副本给，把提单副本传给谁，银行，还是客户本人，还是另外怎样。
不是上面是TT的说法，如果你们是信用证，那客户的这份邮件就别理他了。
到底怎么付款，付款的时间，凭证，这些一定要说清楚，不然糊里糊涂的麻烦。。。

不过还有一种可能，就是老外发这个邮件的整体意思是说，他想做信用证。而不是TT

I am very happy to receive your reply and i want you to know that i am satisfy with the price you quoted for the product.Firstly, i will like to inform you on my payment which will be transfer to you through Wire Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer because I believe it is secured and safe for both of us.As i have told you before that my client is in need of two 40fit container but at first i will like to order for some sample for my client to check how quality your product is before ordering for the two 40fit containers so i will like to order for...........
so with this i urge you to ship the goods upon the telegraphic transfer payment receipt which will be send to you by my bank once i transfer the payment so my clent can get the sample order in time so she can order me to inform you to start the production of the containers cause they want to use this order for a consact coming up in Lagos which will be coming up in (next two Months)
Secondly,
Concerning the shipment.i will like the goods be ship via air cargo or TNT cause i think it will be more safer and not that expensive so my client can get the goods in time then they can inform me on what to do next so i will like you to inform me about the charge for the shipment and should be added to the total money to be transfer to you .
Finally,
In your reply,kindly include the shipping cost to Lagos Nigeria to my client who is in need of the product and your bank account to transfer the payment into,so i will be waiting for your reply with the pi.

Thanks for your early reply but First i will like to know if you have those item in store or not,as i have told you before that i want to order this first face order as a sample order to my client for her to see how quality your product is and after checking we can start the second face order at once so for that i want you to know that this is an urgent sample order,in my first mail i have already tell you about the number of quantity my client want from your company,although she wanted to order for four 20fit containers but she got two containers already so i was told to order for the remaining quantity for her which is (two 20ft containers) from your company that was why i came to your company to order for it,so i want you to know that i have been give a little time to get the order to my client so for me to meet up with the time, i urge you to ship upon the telegraphic transfer receipt copy which i will send to you once i transfer the money so the item can get to my client in time and i can ask you to start the second face production as soon as possible so that was why i have to know if those item are in store or not cos it has to be ship in time.

还有我想请教一个问题 T/T, 30% deposit, 70% before shipment和T/T, 30% deposit, 70% after bl 有什么区别呀 还有就是如果做空运的话 是不是 100%t/t 比较保险呀 请各位高手解答一下
