忽略了个重点,就是“您说过的”,有些话可以省,有些话却必须要,看似无关紧要,其实未必。
I am just wonder if 好像只是在泛泛地问,可不可以给我打个折,客人要这样问我,我一般不会退步,或者有可能材料涨了点价格,然后我就不给你5%了。(当然,我也很喜欢这样的句型)
我更喜欢进攻性强一点的,我不会提问,而是把这个当成确认了的事情处理。(看LZ这样问,我猜是有实单了)
Like what you said before (或Base on the email dated XX), 5% discount will be given if we buy one more A machine, thank you very much for your support, and we are now preparing for the order, will send it to you ASAP, thank you.
这样说其实就有了2个有利条件,第1是你答应过我的,第2,我订单都已经拿到手了(只是让对方这么觉得),你现在跟我说NO,你这不是让我难做吗??
(如果单还没拿下,你就说我已经按这么个报给客户了,很快就会有消息,waiting for my good news)
不一样的写法,却同样对方一封邮件,我就可以知道这5% discount 是不是可以拿下,而且不会给对方那么多机会去反抗。

以上只是其一,还有另外一个做法。
你之前不是答应过我5% discount吗,现在,5%不行啊,行情不是很好,客人现在要7% discount,如果敲定,订单马上下(或近期下), 你再给看看。
别直接问5%行不行,我会问7%行不行,其实,也没真想过7%,只是一种手段。当然,具体情况具体分析,不能全套。

Well, it depends who you were deal with. Most of my contacts are nice guys. I do not have to play with those words. You take it or leave it. It would not work well if I act aggressively. Usually, my customers take my best offer as it is, period.
