if ther party is Rendered unable by force majeure to perform or comply fully or in part with any obligations or condition of this contract, upon such party’s giving written notice to the other party of such force majeure within forty-eight hours after receiving notice there of except obligation to make payment due hereunder, such performance or compliance shall be suspended during the continuance of the inability so caused and shall suffer no prejudice for failure to perform the same during such period.
