亲爱的福友们，我今天接到经理给我的订单，，我第一操作哦，请帮忙看看这里有没有什么陷阱条款hereby agrees to buy and the seller agrees to sell and/or manufacture the following merchandises at the terms and conditions therein stipulated in the General Conditions of Purchase and/ Sub-contractionNo order is valid unless made upon this form and properly signed on the front hereof.This order may not be varied or changed,nor any of its provisions waived except in writing, signed by an authorized representative of the purchaser,In addition to any other metnod of acceptance, seller's shipping the goods, constiutes seller's acceptance of all the terms and conditions hereof.
Goods that are late and need to be aired will be at seller's expense
partial deliveries,short shipments and over shipments will be accepted provided:
(1)Purchaser is notified on time and authorizes shipment.
(2)In the case wher more than one color isordered, the partial shipment must include all colors and proportionally to the way the original order states
Failure to do any of the above will give the purchaser right to erther cancel order,return portion shiipped or impose a charge back
