we noted your explanation made about the freight charges on our demand samples of your products,if you studied the contents of our past message to you very well,you will agreed that we told you that we do not demand free of charges samples from you,even when your last message was receive,we went to our banker to see for their assistance,
but they made us to understand that it is impossible to make any transfer without any proved of evidence,such as debit note,in view of this the bank official advised us that as soon as you send the samples,you should issue out a debit note.
we will submit same to the bank,and then they will make transfer you of the value,or in another development,when we placed you an order,you will just add the cost with the order invoice value,and we will pay it at once,
in this regards we urged you to send the samples and also to give us the name and address of your banker,plus your account number where transfer of the money shall be made to,we have no any courier account number,

对方银行没有任何证明不能跨国转账 所以需要你们开具一个借款凭证。
或者在下单的时候可以给你们加到成本里去。。。

对于您对样品运费的情况说明，我们也已注意到。但，如果您仔细看我给您发的上一封邮件，就会明白：我们并不是想白要你的样品。收到您上一封邮件后，我们去过银行了。但银行告知：没有发票凭证是不能随便转钱的。按照银行的意思，您给我们寄送样品后，还需把经贵司签字盖章的发票发（一般扫描过去即可）给我们，我们把发票呈交给银行，他们就可以给你们打钱了，或者在以后的合作事宜中，我们给贵司下单后，去银行付款时把这个费用加进去。
我们企盼贵司能尽快安排样品的寄送，并告知贵司银行地址，账户，我们是没有快递账号的。

Debit Note是收款的一方 向缴款的一方开出的票据，如果你是出口方，你就可以向客户提供一份debit note收一些杂费或别的原因产生的费用，像Invoice一样，只是抬头改一下，写明付款方和收款方，然后Remarks里面注明为什么收这一笔款。就类似我们的一个费用清单，除非合同注明此具有法律效力，否则只是一个告知的形式而已

你寄样品给他们了，然后你得把那个快递的追踪号给他们。。。
就像淘宝买了东西一样，寄过来如果没有收到，我们可以按那个追踪号查到货在哪里的。。。
