各位帮忙看看这对不对：copy or photocopy of inspection cerifica issued by XX inspection showing an effective inspection date at last six days before effective shipment date of vessel and stating that good's were verified and found conform to proforma requirements
这是这样理解的，由XX出具检验证明的副本或复印本，检验证明上显示最后一个有效的验货日期是船舶有效装运日期的前六天并声明已验证,规格符合要求。
对不对？

正确，就是photocopy可以理解为电子版的copy吧，就是可以彩色的吧

由XX出具验货报告的副本；验货报告上注明验货日期；验货日期至少早于船期6天（一般应该指开船日期）；报告声明产品已验，并且符合要求。
