Control of products quantity will be carried out by buyer within 4 months after products are received in the warehouse of buyer. If buyer detects a shortage of the products at its acceptance in buyer' warehouse,it draws up the Act-claim of shortage detection and sends it to the seller by fax or e-mail. This Act is the acknowledgement of shortage of the products.Products shortage shall be reimbursed to buyer at a rate of 100% by the seller including the cost of delivery,customs and other payments made by buyer.Claims on quality of the products shall be accepted by the seller if made within 4 months from the moment of receipt in buyer's warehouse of the relevant products. 产品在买家仓库收到后买家将在4个月内完成产品数量的检查.买家一旦发现其仓库里收货的短缺,短缺发现的索赔函发出并通过传真或邮件送达,该函是产品短缺的确认.卖家因短缺须100%补偿买家包括由买家付的配送,海关,和其他费.卖价须接受买家数量短缺理赔一旦在收货后4个月内发现.发货的产品应严格与被确认的样品一致.
