In regards to paying for the c/sample, we never pay for a c/sample with the makers as we never charge our buyers for these as well. This is a part of doing business. We utilize over 75 factories and no one charges us for samples or freight.为客户打样要收费的,可是客户不想出怎么办?

I can understand your business. For our long-standing business relationship, we can return back the sample charges to you when you place a mass order. This is our company's rule too. Hope that you can understand us as well.

我也遇到过一个这样的客人,是美国的,我也说过下单退样品费的说辞,客人还是不同意,那怎么办?
建议:
作为一个业务你要判断这个客户的真实性,生意机会可能性,等等背景,如5楼所述。考虑清楚了给自己一个答案。做还是不做?不做就委婉的拒绝算了。
如果要做,找公司内部相关人员讨论,得到领导的支持,做免费样品。领导是否同意当然很大程度的也取决于你的判断和你的建议,以及这个打样成本。
如果你们提供免费样品,那么客人是否愿意付样品费?这个也是很重要的一个因素。

我先按照三楼的建议回复给客户了,这个样品的样品费有些贵,问老板是否可以免费打样,他说可以,可是他又不安排,不知道他怎么想的。

Besides,it is also a way to show your sincerity of doing business with us.

2. Give the solution of that:
You are understood that our business way is deferent from yours you told , so i think we will process further if you can chage your some buyer who takes an interest in our samples

其实这就是一个选择 你免费给了他们 不一定有生意
你咬着要样品费 风险是可能大家都下不了台
个人觉得还是要了解下客户先 你们的产品真的有实力跟那七十多家竞争吗?
客户如何哪? 他们的目标价格在哪里 这些是可以寄样品之前了解到的
we certainly don't want to miss any opportunities. how do you like this product? and what is the cost in your mind? and what's is the volume you think for the start? If i got more info. I will try to convince the people here to supply some samples at free.
总之耐心点了。 不要想着一下就能如何。 更不要轻易让步。
