We reviewed the quality swatch for the blazer today and find that while it is “close” to what we are looking for it still needs to be improved. I’m going to send you in Tuesday’s pouch a swatch of what we are exactly looking for as well as a piece of the original submission so that you can compare them. I would ask for some help from Nevens with this because he has the most experience in fabric construction. Please take some time to look at both submissions through a pick glass. From what we were able to discern, we think that the brown sample (what we are looking for) possibly starts out with yarns that have a higher twist before the goods are brushed so the fabric is softer and slightly “fuzzier” than your submission. 请高手帮忙翻译粗体部分，在线急等。谢谢！[ 本帖最后由 四色依米 于 2012-1-4 13:14 编辑 ]

我们认为i那个棕色样品比你的提交的原样要软而且有些模糊，
可能在植绒之前，纺纱时候就拉紧了
不太清楚，参考吧

客人觉得原样比我们的样品手感要稍软点，绒毛感（磨毛）要好点，但不知道starts out with yarns that have a higher twist 是什么意思？是否跟改进手感/磨毛有关系？

是的哦，应该理解为在纺线时候要拉紧点，可以达到客人需要的效果

有高手翻译说是用强一点捻度的纱，但不知道强捻纱对改善面料手感有没有帮助？

强捻纱布面比较光洁 硬挺
想要是面料柔软可以减少经纬密，或者用低捻度纱
