our "Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations ESTI" has checked some products in our stores. According to Section 1, art. 6 and 8 of the ordinance on electrical low voltage equipment (NEV; RS 734.26), the following documents are required as evidence of the ”essential requirements”:Safety (electrical):
Declaration of Conformity or test report for electrical safety according to international standards EN/IEC (in one of the official Swiss languages or in English)
Additionally required documents (upon request by ESTI, maybe not neccessary):
Declaration of Identity (confirming the sample conformity of the equipment type .... with test report/certificate no. ....)
Information about the Swiss plug
List of components with indication of the manufacturer as well as existing safety marks
Name plate or a drawing thereof showing the following information: type designation, technical data
Electrical diagram
Operators- / erecting manual in one of the official Swiss languages or in English
Tradename under which the equipment will be marketed in Switzerland
Photograph or prospectus

补充一下，是要你们公司的声明（Declaration of Conformity），宣称你们的产品符合了CE（应该是家用电器类的安规）的哪几条规范。声明中须列出CE测试根据的EN号及IEC号，具体看测试机构如何选择。
需要注意两点：
1 宣称应该基于你们的CE测试报告。
2 宣称必须写在有你们公司抬头的信纸上。
这是欧洲公司的特点，对各类法规喜欢用Declaration。
另外，如果很急，可以向测试机构询问该产品需要符合的EN及IEC规范号，先将声明发过去。
