1. Must be in the time agreed for both sides, any delay,A company will charge 5% of total order.交货期必须通过双方协商同意，有任何延误， 工厂要支付A公司订单的百分之五罚款。
2. After 15 days delay order will be cancelled and the supplier must return the deposit to buyer imm.
如果延误货期15天，订单将取消，并且供应商要马上退还全部定金。
3. First Inspection will be handle byA company, any subsecuent inspection will be a charge of usd$500/for each aditional inspection by the supplier.
首次验货由A 公司承担，要是验货出问题，需要再次验货产生的费用500美由供应商负责。

The delivery time is base on the agreement seriously, so, any delay, the manufacturer needs to say A company 5% of the total amount as fine.
交货期必须通过双方协商同意，有任何延误，工厂要支付A公司订单的百分之五罚款。
The order will be cancelled and the supplier needs to return the deposit right away if there is 15 days' delay or even more serious.
如果延误货期15天，订单将取消，并且供应商要马上退还全部定金。
It is understood that A needs to afford the inspection charge at the first time and the supplier needs to afford another 500USD caused by the double inspection because of the defective goods.
