Hi everyone,Would like to share with you regarding MIK chargeback. See the case below for your reference to avoid chargebacks.
- The master pack box should fit the selling units and/or inner packs efficiently and securely.
- No filler materials can be used. For instance, the issue in this case is the U-shape corrugate sleeve. Michaels does not allow for excess materials in the master pack as it creates a safety hazard for their DC associates.
- Excessive air space inside the master pack and inner pack must be avoided and cannot exceed a maximum of 0.5 inches of free air space.
- Both inner pack and master carton must meet the minimum bursting strength of 200 lbs or 32 ECT.
From the looks of the master pack it appears you are using a 200 lb test weight however the inner packs appear to be less based on the pictures. Can you confirm the strength of the inner packs.
