moulds = modules （客户打错了或者英文不好吧）其余的应该不难理解了

意思是：客人需要12",14",16"轮胎模具和最初的12“，14”，16“的模具（还有就是我们放进轮胎模具的橡皮圈）

我觉得应该是这样的：
客人需要12“14”16“的轮胎以及这些轮胎模最原始的模具。
你可以借鉴一下
