寄件到菲律宾，走的香港EMS。现在网站上显示客户地址不在派送范围内。想联系客户，跟他说明这个情况，并让他到邮局自取。
英语该怎么翻译呢？不要机译的，求助各位了。

I would like to tell you that the goods was sent to the Philippines by Hongkong EMS. However there shows that the adress is beyond the scope of the delivery. So,pls kindly pick up the packets to the post office.Many thanks.
