公司下个月要去南非参加南非工程机械展，我想趁这个机会发封信件告知一下客户和潜在客户，一来做个宣传，二来也是想拉拉关系。我的信件是这样写的：Dear customer:
Have a nice day! This is *****from ***** Co.,Ltd.
Glad to inform you that we will attend the Electra Mining Africa 2012 in South Africa during 10-14 September as an exhibitor. Our company’s stand No. Hall 10 C24.
Hope to meet you there.
Best regarding!
但是感觉和商业开发信没什么不一样，这种格式有问题吗？ 还有使用inform会不会不妥？
