客人要求更改产地证。我们产地证HS编码做了4位数，客人说需要6位数，这样就可以享受2.5%的优惠，但是货值本来就不高，这样一折腾的话，快递费比享受的优惠的费用高出很多。下面这样表达是否可以？We found that it don't have the benefits in taxes for H.S.CODE 9003.19 from the agreement FTA between China & Perú when we apply for the CO,so we make it as usual that make only 4 digits in the CO.
If it must be changed,you have to help us to send the incorrect CO back.then we send you the correct one.
But if so,the express fee will be higher than your benefits.express fee will be $85.00,and your benefits is about $60.00.
Hope you can forgive us this time and we promise we will make 6 digits in the CO per your request in the next time.We are sorry to cause you the inconvenience
