- CIF, it is our experience of the ongoing Domvil sales to Europe, that all contracts are concluded only under the term CFR, this is also the European importers choice, as dealing with the importer’s insurances will be much more convenient than dealing with any Argentinean insurance company,- Letter of Credit, here in the past we always had usually the term 30% down payment against pro forma invoice and 70% remittance against copy of full set of documents, as soon as this SWIFT remittance is confirmed, the supplier will send the originals directly to the importer’s offices.

采用CIF条款 是我们长期在欧洲市场销售总结出来的经验 所有的合同都是以CIF条款作为基础的，这也是欧洲进口商的选择，（下面这个保险条例 应该说是采用进口商的保险公司比代理保险公司便宜多了 这个我也不太懂）
信用证按照惯例 我们总是先支付30%PI金额的定金 剩下的70%将见提单复印件付款，一旦确定了收到货款 供应商应该马上把正本文件发到进口商的办公室。
这个也奇怪 你做信用证 正本提单不是要提交银行呢 怎么直接发给供应商。。。

我们第一次跟对方谈. 对方是一贸易商,要通过厂家调货来的.我本来是叫他报CIF价格,我们按信用证支付的方式付款.他就给我这样的回复.

是.主要是冻品方面进口.从其他国家都有,但从阿根廷进口鸡产品.
