我们和TURS是非常好的合作伙伴，我们与TURS共用显示器外壳模具等相关配件，所以你看到我们的产品和他们相似。有时候如果客户指定要TURS的产品，我们也可以直接销售，当然价格和TURS是一样的，甚至还会便宜一点。TURS is our very good cooperation partner, we and TURS are used the same monitor shell mold and other related accessories, so you see our products same as TURS. Sometimes if the customer specified TURS products, we can also direct sales, of course the price same as TURS, what to still will be cheaper,even a lower price.
我们是外贸公司，给客户发了产品资料。没想到客户也知道我们的工厂-------TURS,所以就问我们和TURS的关系。不知我上述给客户的回复是否妥当？
另外，客户说他们给TURS发了询盘邮件，但没给我们发，而却收到了我们的开发信，所以他认为我们和TURS有关系。以下是客户给我的邮件：
Hi Bonnie,
What is the association between Sumbe and TURS? I ask because I received a reply from you when I made an inquiry with TURS. So, I assumed your companies were related in some way. Please let me know…

we and TURS are good partners , we both use the same monitor mold and other attachments ,so you may see our products are similar .if the customer assigns TURS products ,we may sell them directly ,well then at the same price ,even a bit cheaper.

翻译起来感觉有点单字翻译一样，还有，一般找得到工厂方面的，你还是直接说出关系吧，毕竟如果你说不清你们跟工厂方面的关系，客人肯定不会相信你，当然你还要说出你们的优势是在哪里吧，毕竟工厂那边的价格肯定会比你这边报价的还要低的，如果你找不到你们的优势在哪里的话，那除非跟客人跟工厂方面谈不来，否则一般都会直接找工厂了，我相信那个客人也问了工厂那边同一样的问题，个人意见而已

we have been a good business relationship with TURS for many years .normally using the same monitor and some relative parts each other ,so there is someting similar as you saw from us . when your customer ask for those items ,we also can provide you with the same products of TURS . certainly, the very competitive price would be possible .
