在英语里面，把你想要强调的要点放在最前面，后面跟解释比较好一些。这里我们想要强调的是 调整价格，所以要放在最前面。
再看看前面几位的翻译。
1。Some of the products have never been changed the prices for several years：这句话的主干成了 product...changed...prices, 产品成了调整价格的主语了，还用了 been changed, 不太合适，不能跟着汉语的句式亦步亦趋，要根据意思调整成适合英语 style 的句子阿。改成 prices of some products have never been changed for several years 效果要好一点。
2。some products' price has below the cost because the list is several years ago
has below the cost 这里不太合适，用 is/are/have been below the cost 比较好一些。
3。stephanie020 的句子整体还可以，显得稍微有些庄重，但 due to the quotation of some products were several years 这句话感觉有点别扭，建议改成 due to the fact that the price of some products were made several years ago... 似乎更好些。
不好意思啊，翻译专业的，忍不住就想改别人的句子，几位别见怪阿。
其实我也知道，只要交流的双方能明白什么意思，有语法错误也无所谓，而且英语好点的业务不见得好，但是至少语法少犯错误可以减少双方的误解，读着干净整洁的句子心里也舒服啊，嘿嘿。

抱歉上次翻译的时候太匆忙，没有注意理顺句子，找大学里教语言的native speaker 交流了下，这么说相对比较舒服：
We have not changed the prices of some of the products for several years，the current prices are even below the cost, we have to adjust the prices for these products...
这里说明一下， 国际贸易中的价格谈判尤其是加价是个非常敏感的事情， 写信通知涨价的时候，除非你不在乎客户的感受，否则还是委婉点让人更容易接受，不然，则显得有些唐突。 当然面对面的国际谈判是另一回事，因为你有足够的时间和机会去改变局面。 我感觉楼主的本意也是想委婉些以取得客户的谅解。
