Dear Sirs,I'm so sorry to inform you that we have to end our business relationship due to the unbearable raising of price. We have made great efforts not to raise the price. Unfortunately, we didn't make it. Following is the reasons.
Firstly,as we know,the value of Chinese yuan is increasing everyday, the exhange rate of US dollar to Chinese yuan has been increased from 1:8.26 to 1:72 since last year.The gap becomes bigger this year.
Secondly,the tax refund we get from the government also reduced. But to keep the long term co-operation, we reduced our profit to keep the balance.
Thirdly, with the development of economy, now our government limit the exporting products regarding non-renewable resource or scarce resources.such as wood ,aluminum and etc. So the cost of material is sharply increased.
Last but not the least,under the press of home and abroad ,the cost of labor has been great increased this year.
Above all ,sorry for the price we provided you before became invalid. Pls re-inquire before repeatting orders or placing new orders .
Hope you can understand and accept our new price ,we will provide the best service as before,thank you .

You can sure(这个开头多余了,你有没有made effort不是客户能肯定的,如果他知道你努力了,你也没必要在这边解释半天了,直接写we have made great efforts not to raise the price. Unfortunately, we didn't make it. Following is the reasons.) that we have made great efforts to reduce the price.The reasons caused the increase of price are as follow:

Secondly,the tax refund we got from the government are also redued.but to keep the long term co-operation we reduced our profit to keep the balance.(注意你的大小写,空格,标点,美国小学生的作文格式都比这整齐,每个标点后面空一个,句号后面第一个单词首字母大写,没有什么地方需要你单词与单词之间空两个。英语不是你想写,想写就能写。请检查全篇格式。)
