8. Exclusivity专营权
8.1. A will have the right to be the sole distributor within the A Territory as agreed to on a product to product basis.
A有权利在其销售领域成为独家经销商。
8.2. Where the Supplier introduces a new product, A shall have the first right of refusal on selling the product within the “A Territory”.
当供应商有新产品时，A享有在A领域内销售产品的优先权。
8.3. Where any designs or specifications have been supplied by the Supplier for manufacture by or to the order of A, then the Supplier warrants that the use of those designs or specifications for the manufacture, processing, assembly or supply of the product shall not infringe the rights of any third party.
任何设计和规格已由供应商提供以生产A订单，供应商需保证使用这些设计或产品规格进行生产，加工，组装或供应时不得侵犯任何第三放权利。
8.4. Where any specifications and designs of the product/packaging have been provided by A, the copyright, design right or other intellectual property in them shall remain the property of A.
产品的设计和包装由A提供，著作权，设计权或其他知识产权由A享有。
