[1. Confidentiality保密协议1.1. Confidential information shall mean all information disclosed by either party, which relates to the Purpose.
保密资料意味着所有由合作双方签署的所有信息。
1.1.1. The Supplier shall not make use of such information, other than for the Purpose, without the prior written consent of A.
没有A公司此前的同意， 供应商不能把这些资料用于其他目的
1.2. The secrecy of the confidential information disclosed pursuant to this Agreement shall be maintained for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure thereof.
根据本协议规定，资信资料的保密应该维持在5年之内有效。
1.3. Customer Base客户信息
1.3.1. A will inform the vendor if it is quoting to (potential) Customers for any projects.
如果潜在客户有新项目要求报价,A将会通知供应商。
1.3.2. The Vendor agrees not to provide a quotation to these Customers. Even if the Vendor receives an inquiry by the Customer or other third party, the Vendor shall refer all inquiries to A。供应商同意不给这些客户提供报价，即使供应商收到这些客户或者是其他第三方的询价，供应商必须提供所有询价给A。
1.3.3. Supplier shall not entice A referred Customers away from A in any way. Nor shall it interfere with any business dealing between the Customer and A.
供应商不能以任意方式怂恿A指定客户远离A。也不能干涉A与客户之间的生意。
1.3.4. Supplier shall not disclose the A Customer base to any other party without prior written consent from A authorised personnel.
没有A公司明文规定同意，供应商不能泄露A的客户资料给任何其他公司。
