I have been ordering hair for years but it is confusing to place orders. You send 1 or 2 boxes at a time instead of the complete order. I do not know what is on order, what I have coming, etc. the way you are shipping to me. Also, the freight has to be more costly to ship 1 box at a
time. I want to order the following:

3.产品

客人的意思是，你应该一次性全部出货，不要每一次出一两箱，增加了费用！而且他以为你误解了“订单”的意思。

出货没有按照订单上一次出完。 I don't know what is on order -这样的结果就是他订不知道订单还有多少没出， 出了多少。因为他订了100件货，你今天出一箱，明天出两箱他自然就搞不清楚出了多少总共还有多少剩下没有出。

楼主有个致命误区，对于货物的出货安排，一定是和客户沟通好的，不能自己想当然。

千万不可你认为什么是对的就怎样操作，操作之前还是问问客户的意思，因为了解他们国家的海关的人肯定是客户而不是我们。
