因为我们的货因最近洪水泛滥，道路不通，不能及时装船，过了最晚装运期，要跟客户陪不是，希望他能改证，该怎么翻译才妥当？不能再得罪他啦，要是他坚持不改证，我们的货款就没啦！谢谢好心人帮忙！

i won't tell such a serious question by any informal mode except email.

這就是所謂act of god!你們完全不必要負責任的，但是你要第一時間email通知他，否則遇到賴皮的客人他到時候會怪你不通知他，而MSN當不得證據的
