因为我们的货因最近洪水泛滥,道路不通,不能及时装船,过了最晚装运期,要跟客户陪不是,希望他能改证,该怎么翻译才妥当?不能再得罪他啦,要是他坚持不改证,我们的货款就没啦!谢谢好心人帮忙!

i won't tell such a serious question by any informal mode except email.

這就是所謂act of god!你們完全不必要負責任的,但是你要第一時間email通知他,否則遇到賴皮的客人他到時候會怪你不通知他,而MSN當不得證據的
