看到这些图片我很惊讶，出货前你们QC的都来查过货，对于各种问题我们也是尽量的根据你们的意见去改进大货！现在还是有这些问题出来我感到非常的抱歉！因为本身单子的数量也很少，工厂那边也都是帮忙做的，所以出完货后工厂的货款我们也已经全部付清。也就是说现在你们的索赔都是我司自己来承担。
虽然说这些单子的数量少，利润薄，但是我们也是和大订单一样的操作，其中所费的人力物力应该你们也可以想象的到。同时MAR-S14-102款出货前已经打了10%的折扣，现在按照你们的索赔要求，我们真的都是亏很多的。不过我司答应承担1500USD。在以后的订单中我们也会引起注意提高质量！

we are supprised when saw these pictures cause your QC inspected the bulk cargo before shipment, and we tried our best to improved the problems your side found. For now we feel really sorry that these kinds of problems came out again.
as we all know that factory did us a favor to handle these orders because of small q'ty, and we had cleared payment with the factory before shipment which means any claims for compensition accured will be on our shouder.
We handled these orders with the same way we handle big orders even with samll q'ty and less profits, you could imagine the efforts we spent on it. At the same time, we really loss lots of momey base on your claims for compensition since we have given you 10% discout before shipemnt for style MAR-S14-102.
At this stage, we could bear $1500 for compensition to close this issue and we will try our best to control the quallity in the future.
