报成本加运费的价格(c&f或者叫CFR价格啊）。。楼主外贸最基本知识要恶补 rate在英文中有price的意思，这个还是最基本的意思；印度人也常用。

C&F rate for 问的是成本加运费，货量不同，运费也就不一样
product price 产品价格
EX-work price 出厂价，不含清关费用的
on carrage price 运费，陆地货运费
THC Terminal Handling Charge－集装箱码头装卸作业费
sea freight price 海运费
