我仔细阅读了客户发给你的邮件,他们估计并没有用我们自己的驱动去测试,而是用HP的驱动测试的。我之前说过,你们购买的这25台是我们标准版本的产品,不兼容HP驱动，只能使用我们自己的驱动.所以客户如果安装HP的驱动,屏幕是肯定无法工作的.根据我们的售后服务政策,没有产品质量的产品我们是不接受退货的，况且这批产品已经发货超过6个月了.针对这200台产品的处理,我们提供以下几个方案供你们选择.I carefully checked your customer send you email,and found that they maybe do not used our own driver to test but used HP driver to test.As before I said,your purchased those 200units is our standard products,they can not compatible HP driver,can only use our own driver.If customer installed HP driver then screen must be unable to work.As per our service policy,we can't accept return with no quality problem products,hope you kindly understand.Besides, this batch of products have been shipping for more than six months.We can provide the following solutions for your choice.
1.产品暂时存放在你们仓库,如果有其他客户需要这个型号的产品,我们会让客户直接向你们购买.这样可以节省运费和关税.如果你们把剩余的100台退回来,运费和关税就超过货物本身的价值了。
1.The products are temporarily stored in your warehouse, if we have other customers need this model product, we will let the customer directly to buy from you. So this can save freight cost and customs. If you return the rest of 100units products, freight and tariff is more than the value of the goods itself.
2.你们返回的100台产品,我们会更换成可以兼容HP驱动的控制卡,然后返还给你们,你们可以再发给客户测试,如果测试无问题,我们提供可以兼容HP驱动的控制卡给你们用于更换剩余的100台产品,这样你们可以再卖给客户。当然所有的运费应由你们承担。
2.You returned 100 units we can replace compatible with HP driver controller for you and return,you can re-send to your customer to test,if no problem,we can send you compatible with HP driver controller to replace the rest of 100units product,then you can re-sell to your customer.Of course all of the freight shall be borne by you
3.你们自己用我们的驱动测试过吗?如果没有,我们强烈建议你们安装我们自己的驱动测试一下。另外,客户必须要用HP的驱动吗?如不是，可以建议客户安装我们的驱动测试一下。
3.Did you use our own driver test the products?If no,we strongly recommend that you install our own driver to test.In addition, your customer must need use HP driver?If not, we suggest they can use our own driver to test.Pls confirm.

According to your clients' message, it seems that they tested our products with HP driver instead of ours. As we talked before, those you buy this time is not applicable with HP driver. They only work with our own drivers. This is not a quality problem, therefore the return of goods is not feasible.

2.You returned 100 units we can replace compatible with HP driver controller for you and return,you can re-send to your customer to test,if no problem,we can send you compatible with HP driver controller to replace the rest of 100units product,then you can re-sell to your customer.Of course all of the freight shall be borne by you
We will change the controllers of the returned 100 units,which will be compatible with HP drivers, and then send back to you. Approved your client's test, we will provide another 100 controllers (compatible with HP drivers)----you should pay for the freight.
3.你们自己用我们的驱动测试过吗?如果没有,我们强烈建议你们安装我们自己的驱动测试一下。另外,客户必须要用HP的驱动吗?如不是，可以建议客户安装我们的驱动测试一下。
3.Did you use our own driver test the products?If no,we strongly recommend that you install our own driver to test.In addition, your customer must need use HP driver?If not, we suggest they can use our own driver to test.Pls confirm.
这句太罗嗦。可以直接这样表述：
Pls ask your client to make test with our driver, and let us know the result, thank you

The freight and tarrif cuase by the return if goods will be evenmore than the value of these products.这句觉着翻译得不是很好 应该把if goods去掉把！！求回复

After carefully read the client's email, I think it must be tested by HP driver instead of our own. As you know, all these 200 devices are our standard version product and be incompatible with HP driver except our own. So the screen must be unworkable if HP driver is installed by client. Product with no quality problem is non-returnable according to our after-sales service policy, and six months have passed since the delivery. The following items are provided as treatment of these 200 devices for your option:
1.产品暂时存放在你们仓库,如果有其他客户需要这个型号的产品,我们会让客户直接向你们购买.这样可以节省运费和关税.如果你们把剩余的100台退回来,运费和关税就超过货物本身的价值了。
Temporary storage in your warehouse, and client would be intrduced directly to you if this type of product is needed. So the freight and tariff can be saved. And if you return the rest 100 devices, the freight and tariff would exceed the value of the goods.
2.你们返回的100台产品,我们会更换成可以兼容HP驱动的控制卡,然后返还给你们,你们可以再发给客户测试,如果测试无问题,我们提供可以兼容HP驱动的控制卡给你们用于更换剩余的100台产品,这样你们可以再卖给客户。当然所有的运费应由你们承担。
The returned 100 devices would be replaced of control cards with compatible HP driver and send back to you for client test again. If the test is OK, control cards with compatible HP driver are available for the rest 100 devices and then they can be sold back to the client. Surely all freight are on your cost.
3.你们自己用我们的驱动测试过吗?如果没有,我们强烈建议你们安装我们自己的驱动测试一下。另外,客户必须要用HP的驱动吗?如不是，可以建议客户安装我们的驱动测试一下。
Was the product tested with our driver? If not, the test after installation of our driver will be greatly appreciated. What's more, is it a must for client to use HP driver? If not, the client should be kindly advised to install our driver and test.
