各位乡亲们好，好久没有逛论坛了，最近好想吐槽一二。上周收到一个询盘：
I'm writing to you because we are looking for a pneumatic press riveting machine that we should use for eyeglasses hinge rivets (please see the picture in attached file). We need it with foot switch and that repeats automatically 2 or 3 strokes for each rivet once we push the foot switchDo you have a model where we can select the number of strokes that have to be repeated for each foot switch input?
Thank you for your prompt reply and for the price quotation. I'm glad that you could assemble also the switch to repeat 1,2,3 times once we push the foot switch. Are you able to install also a X, Y screw regulation control on the machine base? Please see the picture in attached file, we would need something similar as for the picture. May you please give me the price quotation for this extra X, Y add-on?
对于这个"Stroke",我跟同事有不同的解释，我的理解是 客户想要踩一次脚踏开关，可以冲压一次，或者冲压连续两次，或者冲连续三次， 1,2,3次可以有个开关去选择。
而同事的理解是，踩一次脚踏开关，1代表的是一次整个冲程冲完，2表示这个冲程在某个地方停顿一次，接着往下冲压，就是一个冲程分两次冲，3就表示冲压的时候停顿两次，分三次冲压了。
现在我就是对这句话特别矛盾，因为我觉得自己是没有错了，repeat 这个词我觉得就是我那个意思。但是还是要严谨一点。因为我跟同事去讲过好几次这一点，她之前没理我，后来经理在的时候就说我理解错了，在后来我翻邮件给她看的时候，我问她是不是我那个意思，她没有说话。
希望各位大神帮我分析一下这句话。客人单已经下了，因为公司内部沟通问题很多问题还没有解决，不想再错这个了。万分感谢

在这里STROKE就是指“冲压”，或者是一次“冲程”，拿物理学来说就是一次“做功”。
STROKE在我这个行业（液压缸）是指一次冲压所前进的距离，比如STROKE：200 mm
