Notes* Ship date is tentative until buyer confirms all colors.
* Final production must have the same quality as previous order or as approved PP. Otherwise, vendor will be responsible for the
rework and all costs related to the rework if discrepancies not accepted by buyer.
* Upon signing the PO, vendor agrees to meet the delivery date. Late shipment will be penalized with discount or vendor will be
responsible for the air freight.
* Production samples must be pulled during the production; 3 pcs from the beginning, 3 pcs from the middle, and 3 pcs from the
end of the production.
* Payment plan:
- 15% deposit before production
- 15% after QC Inspection
- 70% upon receiving B/L
Shipping/Packing Requirements:
**6 units per white box, 4 white boxes per inner carton, 4 inner cartons per mater carton**
Maximum master carton dimension: 45.72cm x 45.72cm x 45.72cm
Box thickness required: 6mm – must be minimum 6mm
No straps permitted on outer carton
Maximum allowable carton weight with components: 30lbs
Fragile/Directional stickers required (except cardboard displays) on 2 opposing direction of carton
Must include top & bottom cardboard sheet at 3mm thickness prior to closing box
Top & Bottom cardboard sheet – bottom must be placed below liner and top must be placed on top of liner
“H” Shape taping method ONLY (top/bottom box)
1 polybag permitted within carton
No staples permitted on carton. Must be glue sealed
Inner carton from now on must be “b” flute with 6 sides foam board about 3 mm thick.
Inner carton quantity is set at 4 inners per master carton.
Master carton must be 96 pcs with 4 inner cartons
Also inner carton must be labeled according to po also with barcode on the bottom line. Bar code size must be h:1-1/2” x 4” wide
(40mm x 102 mm). Bar code size is same on master carton

只允许“H”形状胶带打包方式（上/下盒）
纸箱内允许1个塑料袋
纸箱上不允许有订书钉。必须胶水密封
从现在起的内箱必须是“b”瓦楞与6侧3毫米厚泡沫板。
内纸箱数量设置为每个主纸箱4个。
外纸箱必须是96个产品，有4个内箱
此外，内部纸箱必须根据po标记，底部还有条形码。条形码大小必须为h：1-1 / 2“x 4”宽
（40mm×102mm）。与外箱上条形码大小相同
