i have been working for 4 years, my major is English also,and i have changed 3 jobs in 4years.each jobs is relational with english.
But i hardly talk with foreign client, just contact to client by email,my speaking and listening is my disadvantage and shortcoming,actually my major job to follow up client details of order when clientsend the order,and i need to follow up the production schedule until all cargo are completed to ship smoothly.
And this job is hard,actually,every job is hard,but i am very hard because of less english due to i am lazy,i din't to study english everyday,i didnt insist.
But now,i want to change the job again,i consider i can find another job without using eglish,but i don't want to give up my english also,at the same time,i have no courage.specially i feel i am a loser,the feel is so forceful recently.
and i consider to find a job as seller at showroom also,but i am afraid i can not find a good job,and there is no company to choose me due to i have no experience at this field ,then it is possible to improve my speaking via talking with client face to face,and to improve the selling skill also,i think it is a good choice,i want to try next year 2018,also just leave myself.
Oh,get off work time,i don't know what i write above,just want to write something.

hello bunny nice to meet u,don;t afraid to talk with foreigner,when i work in shangrila hotel,everday have a lots of foreigner having breakfast having lunch having dinner,u need to talk to he/she what do he /she want to eat,Slowly from some very simple English to medium English communication, Learn to be brave to yourself we support u in here we can talk about anything make friend here to improve english

i considered to do service industry before,and i think it is a challenge to talk with different people everyday,new thing always happen everyday.
but now,i have no the passion and interest already.
And i need to think what i want to be in future,actually,i always to think this question,but always no answer,i still need to continue to think and have to make a decision,or i think i will be always as current state,no target no power.

i'm a trainee ,just one monthy with my work ,and i feel my english grammar so bad so i don't want talk and don't know how to speak

As a trainee is great,i still want to be also,but i am not already,it means you have many things you can learn and many things is new for you,just often talk and learn with your colleague,i believe they would like to share their experience with you.Don't worry the english grammar, sometime the grammar is not important,i usually write simple sentence in email,just point out clearly what i want to say,of course it is important to let client to understand too. Memorizing vocabulary is important,i always can not understand quickly what client to say,though i listened this vocabulary before and i know it is meaning if you write also,but i just can not react at once,because i have not kept in mind for this word,just remember i listened it before.So i think Memorizing vocabulary is always important,and correct pronunciation is important also,some vocabulary of above sentence i still need to search by using translated software,that 's why i said my english is not well,i can not insist on studying english everyday,in a word:lazy ,don't like me,just learn more do more.

Recently, I want to change my job, but I don't have any direction, I'm confused...
I have worked as a merchandiser for almost four years till now, and once changed two companies, in Apr 2017, I change to my present company, but now, I feel this work is too bored to work, because I like to be busy, or this job is
too unoccupied, I want to escape...but be forced to economy pressure, I decide to resign after finding out job.
The main problem is that I don't know which job should I choose... so I'm whiny now!

Hello sunny nice to meet you,actually i'm a trainee, now work in guangdong, work about lamp, everyday touch the lamp,my city is lighting city,every year a lot of foriegner to come here find the lighting,Asia contry to come here,so i must learn english to talk to foriegner sald the lamp, don't feel confusted,every people have confusted time,but just you way, you thinking will change yourself,when i feel uneasy,i will talk with friend or listen music make me relax,There will always be a good day,hope to help you,good luck
