1：The identifying marking should be pasted on each packaging with goods, this marking must correspond to the number of a position and quantity of these goods in Annex 1.2：Valuation changes of the Contract should be affected as Additional Agreement to the present Contract.
3: Within 15 days from the moment of receiving the Buyer’s notification of the discovered discrepancies the Seller shall either send its representative to take part in further acceptance, or allow the Buyer to effect acceptance unilaterally with drawing up the list of deficiencies.
4:Should the conditions be violated the Party responsible for no fulfillment the requirements shall respond by means of reparation of real damages and lost profits.
