■Signed Commercial Invoice in 3 copies indicating L/C No. and Contract No. WTCJ090114
■Full set of Bill of Lading made out to order and blank endorsed,maked freight prepaid notifying applicant
■Insurance Policy/Certificate in 3 copies for 110 % of the invoice value showing “claims payable in China in currency of the draft”, blank endorsed, coveringOcean Marine Transportation all risks,war risks.
■Packing List in 3 copies indicating quantity/gross and net weights,
■Certificate of Quality in 2 copies issued by beneficiary
■Certificate of Origin in 2 copies issued by the authorized department
■Beneficiary’s shipping advice to applicant within 48 hours after shipment indicating name of vessel date, quantity, weight and value of shipment.
■Other documents, A: Certificate of Analysis the Products in 2 copies issued by the authorized department.
B: Sanitary Certificate in 2 copies issued by the authorized department.
C:Two sets original English labels
Additional Instructions:
■All document must indicate L/C NO.
■All banking charges outside the issuing bank(including reimbursement charge) are for account of the Beneficiary
■Documents must be presented within 15 days after the date of shipment but within the validity of this credit.
■Both quantity and amount 10 % more or less are allowed.
