Bonjour MonsieurNous vous avons déjà répondu (cf mail de Héléène Burgun du 02/06 + mon mail du 03/06): l'amendement a été réalisé conformément aux souhaits du fournisseur et nous ne comprenons pas ce qu'il demande en plus.
A t il été notifié de l'amendement par sa banque ? Peut être n'a t il pas reçu la modification, c'est pourquoi il continue de la demander ?
Pourriez vous revoir avec lui et lui demander s'il a bien reçu la modification de sa banque ?
Sinon, pourrait il reformuler et clarifier les termes de sa demande ?

We have already answered (see the mail from Hélène Burgun on June, the 2nd and mail on June, the 3rd). The amendment has been done in accordance with the wishes of the supplier and we do not understand what he is asking more.
Has he been notified by his bank of the amendment? Perhaps he didn’t received the modification, that’s why he continues to ask for it?
Can you check again with him and ask him if he has received the modification from his bank?
If not, can he reformulate and clarify the terms of his request?
