这个客人是一个月前发过去的开发信,到八月28日才收到回复,下面是四天的往返邮件及总结分析,与大家一起共勉。再接再厉。(注明: 因为我们的产品规格很简单,所以在规格上不需要太多确认。)
总结: 1. 白脸---黑脸策略,自己扮演白脸,老板充当黑脸的角色。
2. 一开始避开价格问题,因为我们的价格通常只要报出去就位于最高位。
3. 了解客人国家的节日,哪怕是临时抱佛脚也行。
4. 英语最好做到专业。说话还是客气一点好。

Flora,.....Usually payment term is 100% bank T/T against commercial invoice
and a copy of B/L. or Documents against Payment thru our banker in
Bangkok.
These are normal Cash Basis, you may allow some credit terms, say 15 days
or 30 days after the date of B/L, etc.. depend on your business strategies.

Hi Flora,
Could you accept price at USD ¥¥/mt. CIF Bkk port basis, just 1.1%
reduction, with payment by bank T/T against copy of invoice and relevant
shppg documents.
When you get the trasfered money, then you release the original shppg
papers by air courier to us.
Please be advised that all bidders's term is bank T/T as aforementioned.
Please re-consider soonest.

to dial 0 just 66 and 2, the 02 is for local calling)
Back to business, it's a pity that you could not fix the price for the 2nd
20 mt in Nov shipment!!
We could wrap up like this we will place you an order for the 1st 20 mt
with shipment arrival to Bkk port by 10/10/2009 but you have to confirm
the grade and guarantee of your product。
It must be the real ×× because we product ××. premium grade I don't want
to have problems with shipped material.
For another 20-mt shipment in Nov. we might consider to others or wait till
the end of October to re-bid.
Please confirm today, we have to finalize today.
