加拿大进出口外贸疫情下,怎么问候一下客户?

欧洲有疫情,要发邮件慰问下客人吗?



今天有人这样发贴,不少人赞同:该正常工作回复正常回复,顺便关心一句就行了,不用特别多说,只是我们好心比较紧张而已,国外的想法大多和我们不太一样,说太多避免引起其他心理。

We are facing our harder and most difficult times.

Milan has been closed, hospitals has too many ill and doctors can’t deal with all cases, they have to choose who to save and who to let go... like war.

Masks has been impossible to find since a very long time.

We are at home although I still try to make work and to sell our beautiful collection... it is very hard.

I have no words to explain how much I appreciate your gesture... as we need the masks, but even more I am happy to feel that we are not alone in this.

I‘m fine but we don't know how the situation could be evolved in the next days.



I have only 20 masks becasue is impossible to find.



Do the infected people decreases in Chine? We have some infomation but I don't understand if it is true.



德国客户:

The press reports daily about the current status of corona infections.



Up to now, Italy has been hit hardest in Europe.



Basically the number of infections is increasing daily.



I suspect that it will have similar consequences as in China.



Personally I am not worried. I am 38 years old and healthy.



I believe that a possible infection will have no consequences for me.



However, everyone is insecure. It will probably take about a year to get over it completely.

I think many of the Americans watch too much of the news, so they're all getting scared.  There are cases in the US

某欧洲小国客户

We are small country - 5 mil people and Bratislava where we live is capital with 500 000 people. These days there are no one man with mask. Either in the hospital. I really don’t know what will all people do if wearing the mask will be necesary. I was in shops here and all are sold out. Yesterday I found one shop with some mask- filter ffp2, for 10,-EUR for one . Ffp2 is not useful against coronavirus.

Problems with masks is in all Europe, today I read in France it is the same.

Our goverment is unusefull, they give us only advices but are not helpful only funny.

PS: there are no masks anymore, all sold out. People start steeling them in the hospital... crazy.





我们可以不做口罩生意,但可以用它来联络感情,尤其是严重的那几个国家。西方客户可以习惯不带,但他可以备着,也可以送人,被关爱的自私谁都会有那么一点点。

有些客户通知因为疫情不来广交会了, 要提供样品图片。

我是客户自己提起了,我就说,客户不提就不说,日常问候。因为不确定客户是什么心态,不想到时候一不小心惹客户反感了。毕竟现在是敏感的时候,一部分人还都认为病毒是中国造成的。我不确定我的客户是不是这一部分人,所以干脆就当没这事好了

同楼上, 客户说了在回复; 客户不提千万别提。 这个事情现在起因都没有确定,也不知道客户什么心态,主动提前反而可能触动或者惹恼客户;
看看欧洲诸国对新冠的态度就知道人家的心态跟咱们千差万别,还是业务为主
