又到了客户发supplier certification的时候了。 今年加了新疆这条，我司有用籍贯新疆的员工，是不是不可以签字回传了？节选几条关于新疆和伊朗的如下：
● Directly or indirectly involve (including by sourcing items directly or indirectly from) any individual or entity that is the subject or target of economic sanctions administered by the US Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"), including individuals and entities listed on OFAC's list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons ("SDNs"), or entities that are directly or indirectly owned by SDNs.
● Directly or indirectly involve (including by sourcing goods from or transshipping goods through) countries or territories that are the subject of comprehensive country-wide or territory-wide sanctions (currently, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria).
● Have operations or subsidiaries, joint ventures, parent companies, sub-contractors or other affiliates (collectively, "Affiliates") in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region ("Xinjiang").
● Have operations or Affiliates outside Xinjiang that use workers from Xinjiang.
● Have in its supply chain any third parties, suppliers, or vendors that are located in or have operations or Affiliates, or that use workers in or from Xinjiang.
● Have in its supply chain any goods, wares, articles, or merchandise that are mined, produced, or manufactured wholly or in part in Xinjiang or by workers from Xinjiang.
● Have in its supply chain any goods, wares, articles, or merchandise that are stored in warehouses located in Xinjiang.

不过要吐槽下，这美国霸凌都染指到新疆上了。
