We’re looking for a full-time Socia Media Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in all the social media channels of the company. This role will be responsible for generating, editing and reviewing all the marketing-related content in both English and Chinese. It requires superior content developing and social media management skills, effectively communication skills and attention to details.
Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years proven content writing or copywriting experience including a portfolio of published articles across multiple social platforms and mediums
• Hands-on experience of social media management, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, Red, etc.; sensitive to data and able to optimize content according to performance
• Excellent writing and editing skills, both English & Chinese proficiency is a must
• Good understanding of content marketing principles and capable of advising on content strategies
• Clear understanding of SEO and ability to implement best practices in content
• Passion for financial and consulting industries, or real estate industry and able to make complex terms easy to understand for readers and clients• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
.• Ability to work well independently and in a team-based environment with local or regional teams in remote locations• Nice to have experience of WordPress a/or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with financial and or consulting or real estate services business terminology is a great asset• Great time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills, adapt to work within a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Graphic design skills is a big plus
Responsibilities:
• Propose social media strategy and plan according to marketing objectives
• Generate, edit, and review various content including blogs, articles, social media, video scripts, website and landing pages, newsletters, emails, infographics, presentations, brochures, webinars/events and so on.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics and able to create original content from industry sources, news outlets, and other sources
• Manage blog calendar and social media calendar (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, Red, etc.)
• Track performance of social platforms and blogs, ensuring that the topic/goal of the post is achieved
• Develop and optimize content to improve SEO
• Participate in content brainstorms, work sessions, and planning with the team
• Work effectively with internal graphic designer and SEO specialist
• Support other tasks in the marketing team if required
