Company is looking for a IoT service manager, to land our computer-vision IoT solution in North and South American markets with clients, JV partners and suppliers.
Major responsibilities
* Work with clients and end-users to identify and deliver required support service levels.
* Where required, perform the on-site install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the AIoT networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
* Liaise with, and provide training and support to clients and end-users about analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of the AIoT devices.
* Log field issue and help contribute to form field training materials.
Qualifications
* Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience. Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
* Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
* Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
* Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives, strong customer-service orientation.
* Self-motivated and directed, ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
* Fluent English and Mandarin are required, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Comfortable and applicable with both international and domestic travel.
