I have completed two interviews in a company and the agent said the manager was quite satisfied with me. But 1 week passed by,no reponse yet. The agent told me the employer would not make a desicion on one person. So I am comfused whether the employer must have more than one candidates and then they choose one of them even if they need hands uegently.Any input is highly appreciated.

Really? Thanks a lot.I am a newcomer and it's the first time a employer interviewed me so I don't know much about the interview process.But I still wonder usually how long does the interviewee have to wait before employer make his decision?
