基本情况：A为工厂出口商B为C在香港的代理商
C为国外的直接进口商
现在C国外客户让B在香港开LC给工厂A，B 为开证申请人，A为受益人，信用证中要求提单的NOTIFY PARTY 显示为C 国外客户，目的港也是C国外客户的国家的一个港口：
现在的问题是：
单证中的PACKING LIST 和 INVOICE 还有产地证的 BUYER 是要写 C国外客户还是写B代理商（LC的开证申请人）？
第一次遇到这种情况，不知怎么处理，请各位前辈帮帮忙，谢谢

根据条款来做，没有特殊指示收货人就写申请人！

如贵司需要购买信保 这种情况会导致PO上的下单主体和提单上不一样
稳妥起见 建议要求B出具一份保函 内容参考下面--这个情况是C开出的转让信用证 A为第二受益人，我相信你的情况差不多 可酌情修改

Dear A,
We, B, hereby requests our Customer C to issue a transferable L/C to A. (hereinafter referred to as “A”) for each transaction. Since A is the second beneficiary of all the corresponding transferable L/C, we hereby acknowledge and agree that the title of Products shall not be assigned to us until all due payment is fully performed and received by A. In the event that our customer has received products and A have not got payment under transferable L/C for whatever reasons, we further guarantee that we will irrevocably and unconditionally pay the corresponding due payments directly to A or its assignee within seven (7) business days upon notification from A.
This DECLARATION shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the People's Republic of China. Hong Kong International Arbitration Center shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise from or in connection with this DECLARATION. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
