Dear Sir,
We, as shipper, hereby request you to issue sea waybill instead of bill of lading for all of our shipment and to release cargo at place of delivery to the consignee above mentioned. Following your good company’s operation procedure, the consignee will prove their identity for status checking before cargo release. The shipper hereby acknowledges not to claim for bill of lading for any of our shipment with effective from ___14___ (day) of ___MAR.___ (month), __2014____ (year) to __13___ (day) of __MAR.____ (month), __2015____ (year).
In consideration of your compliance with our request, we hereby acknowledge to indemnify you, your servants and agents and to hold all of you harmless in respect of any liability, loss or damage of whatsoever nature, which you may sustain either directly or indirectly by reason of or arising out of issuing sea waybill.
On top of that, we hereby acknowledge to fully agree and duly execute “K”Line Waybill clauses and acknowledge to have fully recognized that the Waybill is subject to all exceptions, limitations, conditions and liabilities (including those relating to pre carriage and on carriage) set out in the “K”Line Bill of Lading.
The liability of each and every person under this indemnity shall be joint and several and shall not be conditional upon your proceeding first against any person, whether or not such person is party to or liable under this indemnity.
