Dear Sir,I am grateful for your reply to assist in the Baghdad Provincial Reconstruction using your experience in the import and export business gained over many years and wishes to inform you that the Government of Baghdad intends to work with accredited companies in the supply project and the mandate has been given to the Public Affairs Office for such action and the Relief and Reconstruction Department of the Ministry of Finance has approved funds for the Development of a new Iraq which will be released under instruction by the Board of Governors of the Iraqi Reserve System.
