要求如下：
1.0 Scope & Purpose
This document specifies the minimum requirements for Face shield intended to protect the wearers face and eyes from flying particles, chemical splash, grinding, machining, wood working, laboratory work and any similar activities. This face shield shall be worn only in conjunction with Safety google/Safety spectacle for full eye protection.
The face shield shall be of window type that cover full face and shall be mountable on KNPC safety helmet along with earmuff and ideal for use in refinery (Operating Units, Shops, Laboratory).

3.0 Requirements
Material
Face shield shall be made of Polycarbonate or other suitable material. Plastic for face shields shall be not less than 1.02 mm.
Face shield frame (visor bracket)
The frame shall be made of long lasting non corrosive material that meets the test requirements of ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2020 or any other equivalent standard.
Visor (Window)
The visor shall be anti-fog, impact resistant and shall have a provision for attaching chin and neck protection. It shall conform to test requirement of ANSI Z87.1-2020. The face shield assemble shall have easy lock visor attachment.
Face shield shall meet minimum as below:
D3 -Splash, droplets and sprays
D4 -Nuisance dust / D5 -Fine dust
U -Ultraviolet Radiation (UV) scale number
Z87+W5 Face shield, impact rated (shade 5)
4.0 Performance Requirements
The face shield shall comply CE marked with approval certificate from PPE Notified Body in Europe for compliance to ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2020.
