PAYMENTIn case of General Tenders, the tenderers fix their payment policy in the tender, so the distributors and manufacturer will discuss each tender to accept It or leave it.
In cases of other buying methods the two parties will follow the following payment for each order:
50% T/T payment in advance for Goods of aggregate amount of the invoice value (by Bank transfer), and balance against the Full shipment original documents according to the terms of the international documentary shipments in such cases (Bill of Lading- Certificate of Origin- Certificate of Inspection- Certificate of Chemical analysis, Etc. to be paid through Bank, manufacturer should fax a copy of BL to Distributor. Payment shall be made in [Dollars] to a bank account in the tow cases 50% at the order and the balance against the Bank full original documents of the shipment. to be notified in writing by Manufacturer to Distributor.

难道不是说的50%TT，然后50%用托收的方式。你再用自己的意思表达一下，请他确认
