Is the sample that you shipped me exactly what it is going to look like when it's produced? In other words, will the printing/paper included in the packaging look any different when we finally go into production?他是不是在问， 我寄给他的样品跟大货生产时候是一样的吗？
我想告诉他： 除了说明书外，其他的都跟样品一样。（That's exactly the same except the paper) ???
生产的时候我们会用铜版纸代替现在的A4纸/。we will use coated paper in place of the A4 paper when it's produced, it's better than A4 paper. ??

客户的问题LZ理解正确。
有关说明书纸质的问题，鄙人不懂铜版纸。但是LZ需要强调的是“说明书”的纸质有变化，以防客户有误会。（另外A4是指纸张的大小，跟材质没关系吧...)

考虑到客人可能不懂得纸张， 样品我是用普通的打印机打的， 我想客人看到A4纸，应该能明白。
